Change of Mind
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon return of your product we will arrange a refund if the item was purchased within 30 days and provided the product is in its original saleable condition.
Damaged During Transit
In the event that your product is damaged during transit, Australia Post has requested that the order confirmation confirming total cost of your order and the goods with all the packing to be taken to your local post office for reimbursement.
Please contact us if you have any issues and we will work with you to arrange a refund through Australia Post.
Faulty Product
In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
